most popular resort, and just a few minutes drive (3km) from the superb sandy beaches
of Gale, Evaristo, Castelo and Sao Rafael, a great area for your holidays in the
Algarve. Villa San Paulo is really well situated down a quiet country lane, yet
there is a restaurant, supermarket, a couple of bars and a chicken take-away 400
metres away. It has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest
standard. Nearby is the Zoo Marine theme park where children can swim with the dolphins.

Villa San Paulo is situated in Vale de Parra, 4km west of Albufeira,
the Algarve's most popular resort, 3 km from the popular restaurant village of Guia,
and just a few minutes drive from the superb sandy beaches of Gale, Evaristo, Castelo
and Sao Rafael, a great area for holidays in the Algarve.
Villa San Paulo is really well situated down a quiet country lane, yet there is
a restaurant, supermarket, a couple of bars and a chicken take-away 5 minutes walk
away. It has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
Nearby in the village of Guia is Sir Cliff Richard's villa, and also his vineyard
and winery which can be visited with a tour.
The Zoo Marine theme park where children can swim with the dolphins, and enjoy lots
of attractions is also nearby in Guia.
Accommodation consists of entrance hall leading to a huge, beautifully furnished
sitting/dining room, which includes air conditioning, wood burning stove, digital
satellite TV with BBC, some Sky programmes and BBC radio, music centre with CD player,
beautiful marble and glass dining table, and two French doors leading to the garden
and pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer,
dishwasher, microwave, etc. and French doors lead to the dining terrace with retractable
awning, which overlooks the garden and pool, and enjoys a fantastic country view.
Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms have their own colour scheme with co-ordinating towels and bathrobes
provided. The Green Bedroom is the larger of the three and has twin beds, en-suite
bathroom and shower. French doors lead to a covered terrace with steps down to the
garden. The Yellow Bedroom has twin beds and French doors to a terrace and garden,
and has its own bathroom across the corridor. The Pink Bedroom has twin beds and
an en-suite bathroom. French doors lead to a terrace and the garden. Each bedroom
has air conditioning/heating, colour television, hairdryer and electric fan.
Delightful lawned gardens with palms and colourful shrubs surround the house and
the large private swimming pool can be heated (at extra cost) during the winter,
early and late season, ensuring that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Both
the pool and built-in barbecue are overlooked from the covered terrace which surrounds
the villa on two sides. Sun loungers, parasols,garden furniture and Table Tennis
Table, Swimming pool towels, Safe deposit box and Wireless Broadband is also provided
and included in the holiday price.
In nearby Albufeira, you will find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There are
also many local restaurants nearby in the surrounding countryside and at the numerous
beaches, as well as the local "restaurant village" of Guia, 3km away.
