beautiful luxury villa with pool is one, which our more discerning clients will
definitely enjoy. It is situated in Vale de Parra, 4km west of Albufeira, the Algarves
most popular resort, and just a few minutes drive (3km) from the superb sandy beaches
of Gale, Evaristo, Castelo and Sao Rafael, a great area for your holidays in the
Algarve. Villa San Paulo is really well situated down a quiet country lane, yet
there is a restaurant, supermarket, a couple of bars and a chicken take-away 400
metres away. It has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest
standard. Nearby is the Zoo Marine theme park where children can swim with the dolphins.

Our lovely villa is extremely well situated at Quinta dos Alamos,
a small private estate on the outskirts of the 'restaurant village' of Guia, just
ten minutes drive from Albufeira and it's many fine sandy beaches. The village of
Guia boasted over 20 restaurants at the last count, offering everything from chicken
piri-piri to fine French cuisine, and is just 10 minutes walk from Villa Neill.
The restaurants in and around Guia are an important factor for experienced renters
in this area. There is also a typical Portuguese restaurant just a few minutes walk
from the villa.
For those not wanting to drive a lot, and to be able to walk out to shops and restaurants,
you will find our villa ideal.
Nearby is Sir Cliff Richard's villa, vineyard and winery. The Vinyard and winery
can be visited on a tour. The popular Zoo Marine theme park, where children can
swim with the dolphins, and enjoy lots of other attractions is also nearby. Several
water parks are within 15 minutes drive.
The superior accommodation consists of entrance hall, split level sitting/ dining
room with large flat screen satellite TV, BBC & ITV programmes etc., DVD player
(DVDs can be hired nearby in Guia) and French doors to a covered terrace, garden
and swimming pool. A door from the dining area leads into the bright well fitted
kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, cooker, microwave
and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both
sharing a full bathroom and a separate shower room/wc. On the first floor is the
new master twin/double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, which
enjoys great views over the beautiful landscaped estate gardens and the villa’s
swimming pool. Outside are the neat attractive gardens, barbecue, and private swimming
pool, which can be heated at extra cost during the winter, early and late season
ensuring that you can really enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa overlooks
beautiful estate gardens, which give you a feeling of privacy and spaciousness.
Villa Neill is equipped to the highest standards, with televisions, hairdryers and
air conditioning units in all bedrooms and air conditioned sitting room. Bathrobes
are provided for all guests. Swimming pool towels are also provided. Two safety
deposit boxes and a telephone on request. Wireless Broadband is also provided and
included in the holiday price.
