This beautiful luxury apartment is superbly situated just yards from the Yacht Marina
complex, which is the focal point of Vilamoura, and also the lovely sandy beach.
A car is not considered necessary here, except perhaps for sightseeing the rest
of the Algarve, or for golfers in order to access the golf courses.The yacht marina
is surrounded by lots of restuarants, bars and shops catering for all tastes.
The Casino, numerous restaurants and bars, and a great selection of shops are all
within just a few minutes wak of Marina Mar. Every kind of taste is catered for
by the restaurants with local Portuguese, top class Gourmet, Italian, Chinese and
Indian food all available.
Interior
Situated on the 3rd floor with access by lift or stairs, the luxury accommodation
consists of spacious sitting/dining room with TV, large balconies on two sides,(one
with sea view) and with dining table, chairs and sun loungers, , kitchen with dishwasher
and microwave, double bedroom with door to balcony, twin bedroom with door to balcony,
full bathroom. Heating and air-conditioning are included in the cost.
Outside
There is a reception office, outdoor communal pool and gardens, an indoor pool which
is heated in winter, and a sauna. The marina complex is just across the road, and
the beach just a few hundred yards away.
Comments
This is a quality apartment superbly situated for the marina and the beach, and
is ideal for golfing couples, within easy reach of the Vilamoura courses.
