This magnificent new villa is in the process of construction (December
2011), and the actual house is now finished (December 2011) with only the air conditioning
units to be installed. The garden and driveway are in the process of being landscaped
and should be finished by February /March 2012. It can be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom
villa.
This beautiful high quality property is located in Sesmarias, 3km west of Albufeira,
in lovely semi rural countryside, and yet only 400 metres to beach at Praia do Coelho.
The popular beaches of Gale, Sao Rafael, Evaristo, Castelo, and Sao Lourenco,, some
of the best beaches in Portugal, are also within 2/3 minutes drive. Within easy
walking distance are several restaurants and bars, a small shop for day to day essentials,
and a supermarket. There are other larger supermarkets with two minutes drive.

to the highest standard, and is set within its own very private walled garden with
electric controlled gates.
